1. Room Assignments
These are used to help serve multiple purposes *Final count for meals *Staffing needs *To help create your invoice *Security Purposes *Write names of ALL campers (even babies) in the designated room you choose them to stay *These are due 10 days prior to your arrival *Even if you do not have a total count at this time, send in what you have and we can make changes Include the following to get your DISCOUNTS... *Place a star next to the names to get a 10% discount for anyone between the ages of 5-12 and 62+ *List ages beside the names of children ages 0-4 | They are free and do not count towards groups minimum *Please Note* 1. Room assignments submitted within 2 days of retreat start date will not be eligible for any discounts 2. All room assignments are final 2 days prior | We are no longer able to delete guests from your invoice after the 2 days | **Please be sure to let your guests know that if they cancel within 2 days of your retreat, you will still be responsible for the lodging fees.**
